There is absolutely nothing like it, the vibe that is created when crowds of people think alike.

The Olympics is doing this for London and it feels as though the entire city is on fire.

It is something you cannot imagine but rather have to experience. As we head towards the end of week one, I never want this feeling to end.

London is electric with happiness, positivity and love so feed off the energy as this is a once in a lifetime time for us all!

Do not judge those who are different from you and be kind to those you share your life with.

The world is a small place so send kind messages of love via the grapevine and nothing else!

Remember you get what you put out so make sure it is beautiful and kind otherwise sadly it will be you receives it all straight back and hard.
