Let's begin with the Wheel of Life. Print out the wheel below and stick it into your Book of Glory.
Remember to learn how great you are from all of this.

Book of Glory Activity:
Let's take a squizz at how balanced your life is currently.
- Begin by rating each area from 0-10 in terms of satisfaction. By satisfaction I mean how much time and energy you are putting into these areas of your life. Rate each area from 0 to 10 and mark it on the relevant spoke.
- The centre of the wheel is 0 and means you are totally dissatisfied; the outer edge is 10 and represents full satisfaction and achievement.
- Now draw a line to join your degree marks together.
You should end up with a clear picture of those area where you are happy and satisfied and clearly see the one's which need a little work.
Don't focus too much on the areas that need improvement, be midful of them and work slowly but surely to make change.
Do appreciate the areas where you are in full bloom and celebrate this.
