On the other hand, some of you have printed out your shiny new grids and [...]
are not sure "what the rock" to do with them?
Let's pause and take a second to recap:
- We are using what is known as the Feng Shui "Bagua" or grid to understand that there are nine defined areas on the grid in which we can instruct change in life. ( Print your grid here or see a more spacious version below)
- The Bagua is used by Feng Shui fundi's for their homes but we are lifting this simple grid and looking at it in relation to our life. Most inspired!
- Start by defining where you are on the grid. You may see your focus in just one block or many or none. Your location relates to the areas or blocks in the grid that are currently dominating your life, either by your choice or not.
- If you feel you are not on the grid at all, DO NOT PANIC. You are probably just what I like to call, "all shook up." Like a good cocktail you cannot distinguish the individual ingredients when it is "all shook up." Try to calm down and forget about your current location rather focusing on where you would like to be and your goals within each area.
- Yesterday I helped you understand each area in more detail, therefore allowing you to set one goal for the future. If you have not finished this - do it now. One RD readers suggested you print out the goals list and highlight the ones that appeal to you at present. (click here to get it)
- At this point all you have to do is stop and breath.
- This is not a trick exercise and we are not studying the Bagua to become Bagua Guru's! This is simply to allow you to gain insight into nine clearly defined areas of life. Giving you working template to identify stress and create harmony in your life.
Book of Glory Activity:
Stop and Breath. Remember the Bagua is just a tool for you to use and have fun with! Please let me know your thoughts.
