What are you fighting for?

Nothing in this world is a given and we have to learn to be patient, believe in ourselves and to believe in the best outcome for any situation no matter what.

All too often I see people who are capable of great things, lacking faith in themselves and in the world around them. It seems they have become [...] too
focused on the niggling little things, which is easily done, and have forgotten to wave the flag for their cause.

On the day that your "Happiness Plan" is overcome by little things in your life, go back to the cause behind it all.

Why do these nutters run up Everest or roll across India?
It is for what they believe is their cause.

What are you fighting for? Find your cause and use it to break on through!
“You lose nothing when fighting for a cause ... In my mind the losers are those who don't have a cause they care about.”
Muhammad Ali
Book of Glory Activity:
Write down your cause. You may have one or many.
I always think of one of my main "causes" as my family.
