Dastardly & Muttley

Three pert points I wish I had known this time last week:

• nudity is strictly enforced in public saunas in Austria
• Once the Aufguss session has started it is not considered good manners to enter the sauna, as opening the door would cause loss of heat
• separate single-sex saunas for both genders are rare

we trottled into and "in-session Aufguss" this time last week in Austria.

In times of adverse frustration, challenge, rudeness and fear muster up a laugh and it will carry you through. If this week has been a tough one have a good chuckle about anything and let it go! 

Our Aufgass has been a source of giggles for me all week long.

Charlie Chaplin once said"A day without laughter is a day wasted."
